Dunwoody, Georgia
Most of Dunwoody's neighborhoods were built as family subdivisions in the 1960s and 1970s, with newer townhomes and condos around Perimeter Center. Tool Box Pros keeps those houses in shape one small job at a time, with a free estimate first.
Dunwoody homes
A typical Dunwoody street is lined with two-story traditionals, split-levels and ranches from the subdivision years, many of them updated room by room over the decades. That patchwork leaves trim that no longer matches, hollow-core doors and hinges past their best, and light fixtures and fans from several different eras.
Around Perimeter Center and Dunwoody Village the housing is newer: townhomes and condos with drywall that shows every dent and builder-grade hardware that loosens with use. Settling seams, nail pops and the occasional hole from a door handle are the usual list, along with mounting a TV or shelves after a move.
Our office is on Dunwoody Place, a short drive away. Appointments run Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 6PM, and estimates outside those hours are by arrangement. Send the whole list with photos and we will tell you what fits in one visit and agree the price before we begin.
