Mainly the number of jobs, how big each one is, and the materials it needs, such as paint, a new fixture or trim to match. Grouping several small repairs into one visit is often simpler than booking them one at a time.
Payment terms are explained with your estimate, and work that needs a permit, such as new wiring, plumbing, roofing or structural changes, is outside what we take on.

The small repairs and installs we do, like patching drywall, adjusting doors or swapping an existing light fixture, generally don't call for one. We don't take on new electrical circuits, plumbing, roofing or structural work, and we'll tell you up front if your job needs one of those trades.
Call or send the form and we'll set a time that suits you. We work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and estimates can be arranged by appointment outside those hours.
Sometimes a patch or a door reveals more than it showed at first. If that happens, we stop, show you what we found and agree on any change in price before going further.
